A major factor to the success of some events is the participation of sponsors. We are able to assist with identifying appropriate sponsors and where possible securing their involvement affording them an opportunity to meet their marketing objectives and reach a specific target audience. We are conscious that care needs to be taken when seeking sponsorship and we work with you to discuss sensitive issues.

We are able to offer the following:

  • Develop sponsorship packages and produce a comprehensive sponsorship opportunities document taking account of individual client’s needs
  • Discuss and negotiate packages with potential sponsors
  • Produce contracts and manage the administration
  • Ensure appropriate branding is produced and displayed
  • Ensure on-site delivery of sponsors benefits and entitlements
  • Regularly liaise with sponsors to ensure they feel an integral part of the event and are given the extra special attention they deserve
