First class speaker management is a crucial part of the delivery of any event or project. We have experience in securing and dealing with a wide range of speakers and celebrities, and offer the following services:

• Source, approach and secure speakers and celebrities regarding participation
• Discuss and negotiate packages, if required, with potential speakers
• Produce comprehensive confirmation packs including travel, hotel arrangements, briefing packs, speaker guidance notes etc.
• Collate speaker profiles and photographs for inclusion in conference materials
• Collate speaker presentations for use on stage
• Regularly liaise in advance of the event including briefing information
• Meet and greet speakers, VIPs and celebrities and manage their attendance throughout
• Supply on-site site speaker manager who will manage the speakers and audio visual production company
• Manage all audio visual and production logistics prior to and during the event
